Choose Your Leadership Track Mentor

One of the most valuable parts of Leadership Track will happen outside the classroom. Throughout these four weeks, you’ll have a PORVA leader in your corner as your personal Leadership Track mentor.

Your mentor will be someone you can learn from, ask questions, and have honest conversations with as you work through each week of Leadership Track. You’ll connect with the same mentor throughout the experience, giving you an opportunity to learn from their leadership, experience, and perspective.

Take some time to look through the leaders below and choose someone you believe you could learn from. You don’t necessarily need to choose the person whose experience looks most like yours. Consider who might offer a perspective that would help you grow.
Each mentor will be paired with one Leadership Track participant, and available mentors will be removed from the list as they are selected.
