2023 PORVA Support department planning sessionS
Hi Support Department Coordinators!
I know it’s hard to believe, but 2022 is almost behind us! I believe that God has great things in store for each of our Support Departments in the coming year. We’ll talk more about that during our upcoming planning sessions. I’m very excited about the opportunity to meet with each of you, hear your thoughts about this year’s activities and discuss departmental goals and objectives for 2023.
Here are the 3 things we’ll need to have completed in order to conduct our planning session:
1. Review the official position description that corresponds to your Support Department. This document contains information that is specific to your department including purpose, procedures and protocols. Please select your Support Department from the links below to review the document:
Also, please review the Support Department Coordinator Guidelines. These universal guidelines apply to each individual serving as a Coordinator.
2. Complete and submit your Support Department Evaluation. These questions will serve as a basic framework for our planning session. If you lead more than one Support Department, please fill out a separate evaluation for each department. Please make sure to complete your evaluation at least 2 days prior to your planning session.
3. Schedule your planning session by CLICKING HERE. Select the day/time that works best for you, and then submit the form. As you'll see, virtual meetings are certainly an option. If you lead more than one Support Department, we will discuss both departments within the timeframe you select.
We have awesome Coordinators, and I can’t wait to hear your vision and plans for the upcoming year. Thank you for all you do, and I’m excited about meeting with each of you!
